Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday and Saturdays during sales or the Holiday season.
Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, when shipping our packing and shipping labels are generated and copied from the address provided.

If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office.
If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use the tracking information we provided.
If your package is being held for pick-up and you are on a quarantine lockdown, please contact your local USPS Post Office and wait to retrieve your packages, for your safety.
During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
We accept unused candles up to 5 days after delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for address to ship your items back.
